This notice explains what AiVibeClaw processes, why it is needed, how it is handled and which choices are available to you.
Clear data boundaries
AiVibeClaw separates each organisation and keeps account identity, shared organisation knowledge and private Agent memory within their intended purposes, without promising absolute protection.
Account identity, organisation details, settings, work events, support records, billing projections and content submitted for authorised work may be processed.
Information supports authentication, Agent workflows, service protection, customer support, subscription administration and legal obligations.
Identity, plans, subscriptions, purchases, invoices, credits and support remain account-level information. Confirmed organisation knowledge and each employee’s private memory remain distinct.
Information is disclosed only for service operation, lawful instruction, required professional support, or legal obligation, subject to the applicable contracts and access controls.
Records are retained only for their stated service, audit, security, dispute, legal or continuity purpose, then removed or de-identified under the applicable schedule.
A dedicated managed workspace, account isolation, access controls, approval boundaries, monitoring, recovery practices and organisational safeguards reduce risk. No system can guarantee uninterrupted availability or absolute data protection.
Use Profile after sign-in to request access, correction, restriction, portability, objection or account deletion where applicable, including rights available in the EU and other jurisdictions. We target a response within one month; lawful extensions or required retention are explained.
Essential cookies support security, sign-in and checkout. Analytics, promotions, sales communication and optional partner sharing use a separate choice that can be changed through Privacy Choices.
An account must be created and used by a person legally able and authorised to accept the service terms for the relevant organisation. The service is not designed for unsupervised use by children.
Mobile and contact details supplied during onboarding are used for the requested account, security and service purposes. They are not permission for optional promotional communication unless that choice is separately granted.
Submitted business information may be processed to provide the authorised AI-assisted work described in the product. An AI employee cannot grant itself data access, tool permission or approval authority.
Razorpay or PayPal processes the payment method for the region assigned to the account. AiVibeClaw receives and retains the subscription, purchase, invoice, provider-reference and status information needed for account administration, support, fraud prevention and legal records under the applicable retention rules.
