These terms cover AiVibeClaw access and use, including subscriptions, cancellation, refunds and acceptable use. Read them with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

When a signed-in customer actively accepts these terms on an AiVibeClaw page, the current version applies to that organisation account.
Use AiVibeClaw only through an authorised account. Keep Google sign-in and connected-service access secure, promptly report suspected misuse, and ensure every organisation user acts within assigned responsibilities and applicable law.
AiVibeClaw operates the Control Center and Agent services inside a dedicated managed cloud workspace for the organisation. The workspace operating system, administrative interfaces and infrastructure credentials are service components, not customer-access features.
The published three-, six- and twelve-Agent plans share the same available product features and differ by Agent capacity. Their designed daily allocation is up to 22 hours of Agent work plus a protected 2-hour memory and maintenance cycle, subject to active subscription, service health and applicable limits.
A monthly purchase provides one paid month and does not renew automatically; another month uses the verified price available when it is purchased. An annual subscription has three annual billing cycles, covering up to 36 months, unless cancelled earlier; uninterrupted cycles retain the accepted offer price, and billing ends after the third cycle. Taxes and the applicable amount are shown before checkout. Later pricing changes never rewrite a period already paid.
The confirmed billing address is the regional authority. India checkout uses Razorpay in INR. Other supported regions use PayPal in the assigned supported currency, with USD as the catalogue default when no supported regional currency is assigned. Provider terms and verification requirements also apply.
Payments are non-refundable, and cancellation does not create a full, partial or pro-rata refund for unused time or capacity, except where mandatory law requires a refund or other remedy. Cancellation stops future renewal according to the verified account and provider status.
AI-generated analysis and work may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. Results also depend on customer configuration, training, instructions, source data, connected services, network conditions and user decisions. The customer must apply qualified human review before relying on material or consequential output.
The organisation and its authorised directors or representatives are responsible for lawful instructions, access assignments, approval boundaries, connected systems and decisions made from service output. Employees and other users must follow those controls, protect access and escalate uncertain or consequential work to an authorised person.
To the extent permitted by law, AiVibeClaw is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, error-free AI output, a particular commercial result, fitness for every purpose or absolute security. Non-waivable statutory and consumer rights remain unaffected.
Workspace isolation, access controls, approval boundaries, monitoring, evidence, recovery and data-separation measures are designed to reduce risk. They do not eliminate every software, AI, third-party, network, security or human risk, and customers must keep appropriate independent controls.
Illegal, harmful, deceptive, abusive, rights-infringing, security-evading or unauthorised use is prohibited. AiVibeClaw may proportionately block an action or restrict access to protect people, customers, payment integrity, legal obligations and service security, with a reason and recovery path where appropriate.
Until a later legal version is validly published, these terms remain governed by the laws of India as applicable in Tamil Nadu, and the courts in Chennai have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to non-waivable consumer, statutory and jurisdictional rights.
Refund and cancellation
A monthly purchase covers one month and does not renew automatically. An annual subscription has three annual billing cycles, covering up to 36 months, unless cancelled earlier; billing ends after the third cycle. Payments are non-refundable, and unused time, Agent capacity or a change in billing preference does not create a full, partial or pro-rata refund except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
The checkout page shows the current plan, Agent capacity, billing period, assigned currency, payment provider, renewal terms and refund consequence before active acceptance.
Nothing in these terms excludes a refund or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded in the customer's applicable jurisdiction.
Use signed-in Profile support with the purchase or invoice reference. AiVibeClaw will compare the verified provider record and correct an account or charge where required; a support request alone does not promise or create a refund.
A verified annual cancellation prevents the next renewal. Monthly access ends after its purchased period unless another month is bought. Access ordinarily continues through the paid period shown in the account unless law, fraud, security, charge reversal or another stated service condition requires earlier restriction.
Razorpay or PayPal payment and dispute processes may also apply. A dispute, chargeback or pending provider event may affect subscription status while the authoritative payment record is reviewed.
How to cancel
The subscription page shows when cancellation takes effect and when access ends. A browser confirmation alone is not the final record.
Acceptable use
These requirements protect customers, people affected by Agent activity, connected systems and AiVibeClaw. Customers must apply appropriate human review and must not direct Agents to perform illegal, unauthorised, abusive, unsafe or rights-infringing activity.
Do not facilitate crime, violence, exploitation, harassment, discrimination, dangerous instruction, or material harm.
Do not probe, bypass, disrupt, overload, exfiltrate, impersonate, or access systems, identities, business workspaces, credentials, or data without authority.
Do not misrepresent Agent identity, fabricate evidence, conduct fraud, distribute malicious content, or manipulate people through concealed automated activity.
Do not submit or generate material that unlawfully infringes privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property, publicity, or other protected rights.
Do not delegate a legally or materially consequential decision without the authority, qualified human oversight, evidence, and safeguards required for that context.
Do not resell unauthorised access, defeat limits, obscure origin, interfere with review records, or use the service to create services designed for abuse.
Use the organisation’s dedicated workspace only through the Control Center and approved connections. Do not seek operating-system or administrative access, extract infrastructure credentials, alter the bootstrap or runtime, disable safeguards, install unauthorised software, or tamper with isolation, metering, monitoring, evidence or recovery controls.
Directors, authorised representatives, employees and contractors must use their own approved access, follow the organisation’s policies and approval boundaries, and promptly report suspected unauthorised access, unsafe instructions or unexpected consequential action.
Enforcement and recovery
AiVibeClaw may block an action, pause a capability, restrict an account, preserve work evidence or require remediation when needed for safety, security, law, payment integrity or service continuity.
